Fortuna Events offers three packages, Full Planning, Partial Planning and Month/Day of Planning Services. We also offer travel services which include managing room blocks for your guests as a complimentary service for those couples who retain us as their wedding coordinator. We also provide rentals of pipe and draping, flower walls and elite candle staging in various sizes. Please click on the rentals tab for more details.

The Planning Packages
We will discuss all of the details for your special day on our complimentary consultation, from choosing a date if you don't already have one to discussing what will go on your mood board. Don't let your date slip away schedule your consultation today!
Initial Consultation
STEP ONE
Once you've retained us as your consultants we schedule a Zoom call with you or an in-person meeting to go over all the details of your wedding and start creating your mood board. We then review all vendor options and provide you with an extensive list of TO DO's.
Planning
STEP TWO
You simply relax and enjoy every minute of your special day. We are there to make sure your day is stress free. All details of your special day will be executed flawlessly.
The Big Day
STEP THREE
Go on your honeymoon and enjoy the beginning of your new venure together. Contact us for honeymoon planning! This service is complimentary once you become one of our clients.
